Description

Included items/services listed below for one location:

• During the event the DJ/Emcee will announce your company and booth location directing attendees to your booth
• If information is provided– DJ/Emcee will do a product/service commercial for your company
• One social media post on each social media platform (Facebook, Insta and LinkedIn) during the month leading up to the event announcing your company’s support of women in the industry and presence at Women’s Motor Fest
• Logo will be added to VIP Supporter scroll on Women’s Motor Fest home page
• Company flyer included in WMF swag bags given out to registered vehicle owners and pre-registered attendees
  • We must receive company flyers two weeks prior to event date.  We cannot guarantee your company flyer will be included in swag bags if we receive the flyers less than two weeks prior to event.
