Consent of Parent or Guardian:

I, [Parent or Guardian listed below] have read the below release in full. I fully understand its terms and conditions and I hereby voluntarily execute and deliver this consent to [the child listed below]'s participation in the Women’s Motor Fest Drag Racing. I further agree to be fully bound by the release’s terms and conditions in both my individual capacity as a parent or legal guardian for the undersigned.

Insurance Release:

I, as parent or guardian of the above named contestant, hereby release any and all sponsors, the Women’s Motor Fest LLC and it’s committee members, location host, vendors and volunteers, or anyone else associated with the above in an official capacity, of any liability in the event of an accident in the above named contestant in this children’s event.

Acknowledgement of Risk: The undersigned acknowledged that drag racing is a dangerous activity and that the participation in a drag race, as either a contestant, an employee or volunteer, exposes the participant to a substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. The undersigned expressly acknowledges that his/her participation in the drag race will involve such a hazard.

Release of Sponsor: The undersigned, being fully aware that participation in the Women’s Motor Fest Power Wheel Drag Race will expose him/her to a substantial and serious risk of property damage and/or personal injury or death, hereby releases any and all sponsors from the liability of any and all property damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from the undersigned participation in the drag race including those that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future and contingent.

Covenant Not to Sue: The undersigned covenants that the undersigned shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against the sponsors (or their officers, directors, members, agents or affiliates) concerning, arising out of, or related to the actions, causes of actions, claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by the undersigned.

Assurances: The undersigned has full power, authority, capacity and right without limitations to execute, deliver and perform this release.

Binding Effect: This release shall be binding upon the undersigned and the undersigned spouse, legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns.

This release has been carefully and fully read by the undersigned and the undersigned fully understand its terms and conditions and has voluntarily executed and delivered this release on
