All Entrants MUST review and sign liability waiver for the car show Women's Motor Fest

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my registration and the benefits of my participation in the festival ran by Femcanic Garage LLC and Women's Motor Fest LLC.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Femcanic Garage LLC, Women's Motor Fest LLC and its location hosts, sponsors, affiliates, divisions, assigns, successors in interest, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers, trustees, and directors, past and present, and each of them (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any manner related to my participation in the Women's Motor Fest, including any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by me or my personal property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that participation is completely my choice, and I choose to participate for my own personal benefit. I am fully aware of the risks involved with participation, and I expressly, voluntarily and willingly ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS AND DANGERS associated with such participation, including but not limited to, risk of bodily injury (including permanent disability or death) or property damage arising out of my participation, howsoever caused, and I accept personal responsibility for the damages arising from any such injury or property damage and hold the Released parties harmless there from.
Any and all reckless, dangerous acts or behavior that would place undue risk upon innocent individuals, myself and/or negatively impact the event and the organization as a whole will lead to the anyone responsible of such acts to be removed from the event and face being banned from future events held and organized by Femcanic Garage LLC and Women's Motor Fest LLC and all of its affiliated board members.

I expressly waive any defense to enforcement of this Agreement arising from any claim of lack of consideration and understand that this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding waiver of my rights and shall be enforceable against me, my spouse, family, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate for all purposes.

I understand that my automobile(s) and I may be photographed or filmed during the event and agree to allow Femcanic Garage LLC and Women's Motor Fest LLC  including any and all affiliates to the organization and the event to use any photograph, video image or film likeness of me or my automobile(s)/motorcycle(s)/motor vehicle(s) for any legitimate purpose, including without limitation publication and program inclusion now and in the future, without financial compensation to me.

I have carefully read this agreement, and my signature acknowledges that I fully understand its content and meaning. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Agreement, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. If I am signing this Agreement on behalf of a minor, I certify that all representations are true and that I have full authority to bind the minor and myself to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
